Ambassador must refrain from making earnings claims to brands.

All messaging must be kept within the approved terminology, videos & marketing content

Commissions will be paid out at a rate of $400 per successful conversion.

We will maintain your privacy and will NOT share your information. Bank information is required for ACH transfers, if no bank details are provided a check will be mailed to the address on file.

It is the responsibility of the Ambassador or Affiliate to make sure the address is correct. If a check is mailed to the wrong address it may or may not be able to be cancelled and reissued. Franbassador assumes no liability in sending payment to the wrong place if the details of the destination are not accurate at any point.

All Ambassadors & Affiliates are considered 1099's. Affiliates may not charge money to recruit a brand.

Changes to commission amounts or compensation structure will be announced so as to not cause a surprise after the fact. Franbassador assumes no liability for commission structure notification emails are ignored, lost or otherwise unseen by the Affiliate.

It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to be aware of communications by Franbassador and respond as appropriate.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by

the laws under the State of FLORIDA.

Affiliates may be denied due to in any inappropriate affiliations with pornography, abuse, violence, child abuse, theft, drug use, prostitution, alcohol abuse or any other unprofessional or behavior we may deem inappropriate. Any inappropriate affiliates that come to light will immediately be grounds for cancellation and any pending payouts will be cancelled.
